from what I figured out on 5/19/17 called, told me they will give me a link to sign in through my email address. Being very cautious, Asked the rep if they had a way to sign in through the command bar. something like www. helpme.com. all of a sudden my laptop lit up saying that I had the zeuss virus stating that the message was comeing from Microsoft and asked me to sign in with my MS acct. the refund rep stated that it was false and to X close it out. Had to shut down computer and on my mothers life, he stated that it wasa false popup to make you come to them but it haad a number to call. I got on another phoneand cslled the number on the message (8885761517). I called and HONESTLY!!! said they were from Microsoft. Hung up called the Microsoft # and had the rp. listen to the message, with boxes and alerts stating that they were from Microsoft. I caught the guy, he hung up, called for a refund, said I was not entitled to my subscription they are using 3rd party techs ,not Mcafe
