bi-Cube Mobile Token

The bi-Cube Mobile Token is your solution for secure authentication.

bi-Cube can be set up to require dual authentication for logging on to the Web Portal. In addition to user name and password, the user is required to enter a security token, which can be generated using the bi-Cube Mobile Token App on a mobile device. This provides the security of powerful dual authentication without the need to invest in additional hardware.

The first step is to register the mobile device using the bi-Cube Web Portal. This is a one-time procedure performed either by the user personally or by another user with the necessary permissions (e.g. an administrator or IT co-ordinator). Once the Mobile Token App has been installed on the registered device, the user can use it to generate a security token which will be requested when they log on to the Web Portal. The security token is displayed as soon as the app is opened, and the user can then enter it into the logon screen manually or, if also accessing the Web Portal via their mobile device, by copying and pasting. Automatic dual authentication is now available for Web Portal access from tablet PCs. The token expires after one minute.
