World Time is the best way to keep track of what time it is in different locations throughout the world.

Its features include, among others the day/night map (terminator line) that is generated internally so it does not use the Data services, and Time Zone Calculator that allows you to easily check what time it's in other cities at a certain time of day.

I wavered between a four- and a five-star rating, because there's something a little odd about the static display: If one opens the app, looks at the times for the cities one has chosen to display, and spends a minute thinking about what one sees, the displayed times remain just what they were a minute ago. I realized that the design choice for static display is in line with the actual routine use of the app, and it minimizes the app's use of the phone's resources. The map too is just what one needs, no more, no less. The app's attractive and easy to use.
