I access this app on Windows, iPhone and iPad. The app isn't consistent in operation and so far hasn't actually worked on Win10

I cant use it at all. I never opens because it crashes every single time. If there was a way to give zero stars I would but sadly I have to give at least one.

The app fundamentally does not provide any value to the product or the consumer. What the consumer needs is the ability to access their personal cloud from both within the home network via a file explorer and from without via the app. It does not do this. It actually provides no use to the consumer at all. The app was a waste of time to develop. It needs to be able to enable me to connect to my device via the internet. That's the ONLY value an app like this could provide. But it doesn't do this or anything really. The app does nothing.

Wish I didn't have to rate this at all. This is NOTHING like the tutorial videos. Can't set anything up and it won't even read the video files. Can't believe this is actually from the manufacturer of Seagate. I'm so tired of trying to set this thing up, I'm thinking about taking it back and getting a WD.

I love this app and the ability to see all my photos and videos. My only gripe is that is goes to the beginning of the list of photos whenever you select a photo to look at. I wish it would stay where you were looking so that you didn't have to scroll through all of your photos again to find where you were looking.

I had trouble finding device on windows (surface pro 3). After allowing network sharing, this fixed everything (apparently this setting changed after an update?). App is pretty good otherwise. Organized and more user friendly than the Roku version of app

So far no problems with using this software app. Performs as expected. without any crashing or expected "features".

After initial setup... can't find device
