Napster

This app is completely different from the Rhapsody app. It doesn't allow me to search within my music. There isn't a feature in playlists that allows one to delete duplicate songs so you'll have to go completely trough the list to modify it. There also isn't a minibar that allows me to use other programs without completely minimizing the app. Napster should have adopted Rhapsody's app for PC's. The mobile app is just fine.

It opens for a second, then immediately force closes. I've come back months later, no updates, still crashes every time, even after reinstall. Im a monthly subscriber, it works great on my phone, but this is garbage.

I've been a Rhapsody/Napster subscriber since 2008. Back then, I used a Sansa clip MP3 player and loaded it with music. I loved it. Linked it to my PC and dragged and dropped hundreds of songs to it over the years. A couple of years ago, I ran an update to the new version and I've been disappointed since. After many attempts to drag songs to my player and 4GB expansion disc failed, I downloaded the app for my windows phone. It worked well until the latest Napster version. Now it constantly crashes, hangs and fails to open completely, until after many try's. Often times the live tile on my phone "grays out" and the icon on my start menu shows "Pending" and the app will not open at all, forcing me to uninstall and reinstall the app at least a dozen times. This app is garbage. It seems to have turned into a social media app more than a music app. I don't want to "share" or "like" or "follow". I just want to listen to music! I will be looking for another music service to use. Epic fail!

The app sucks. Can't interface with my Sansa Fuze here or on their PC software anymore. What is the point?? I am canceling my Napster subscription and you should too!!

There is barely any functionality in this app. I don't see any way to put it on repeat, make it a mini player, etc. Am seriously thinking about cancelling my subscription or finding another player that will replace the current player.

The Rhapsody app was a bit glitchy, but definitely more usable. The user interface is more difficult, and little things that I used to take for granted like easily moving the progress bar are missing. I have some similar complaints with the operation of the mobile app, but the PC app is worse.

I can't sync my music to my Sansa MP3 player anymore. Now it's just like the other streaming services... Subscription canceled.

Been a subscriber for years, this app crashes and the download songs folders locks up continually. Tired of re downloading app. I'm finally cancelling membership due to this windows app issues - sad.
