    Only standing poses are available for free, it asks you to upgrade to access anything else. I can't tell how much it is to upgrade. It doesn't tell you how long to hold anything, it just has a picture. Giving it 3 stars because I thought it would tell you durations/difficulty. I can't find any instructions, so I'm deleting it.
