Eating is fun. Eating connects people. But too much eating is not healthy. And that is my problem.
I love eating. I like cola, sweets and everything with many calories. I like diners with friends. Nevertheless I want to lose weight and stay slim for a long time. This is what this app is for.
This app works like a bank account. You're gaining calories every day, and every unused calorie is saved to your calorie stock. In the end you have enough calories to eat a chocolate bar or visiting a good restaurant.
You decide how much calories you gain per day. Use a fixed individual value or let the app calculate it depending on your data or your weight target. What's more you can define days with a higher consumption, e. g. Christmas.
This app is intended for use for a long period. That's why it's important to me to enter the meals as fast as possible, so that I can integrate the app into my everyday life. Bad design, no photos of delicious food, no sophisticated graphics and diagrams. The app is not pretty. It's not fancy. It's not cool. It's doing its job.
I have lost 25kg within 8 months, and I hold my weight for some time now. I go on drinking cola, eating sweets and going out with friends. But I now know where I can save calories and still enjoy life.
