XLS Viewer lets you open and view Excel spreadsheets. It supports both XLS and XLSX file formats. The "Save" feature (sold separately) lets you also modify and save Excel files.

This app is HORRIBLE...I just purchased...there is no help icon...my document background is black and there's no instruction on how to get the background white and the data black...This may be a good app for professionals, but not for the novice.
