Description
WOD Timer is a timer application for Crossfit-style workouts. It includes a standard timer that counts up or down, a timer that also has a rep/round counter, a Crossfit-style* Tabata timer and a completely customizable interval timer that allows you to specify the work time, rest time and the number of rounds! This is the first and best timer for all your WOD timing needs.
*NOTE: The Crossfit-style Tabata timer is specifically set to 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 32 rounds. If you need any other work/rest times, check out the completely customizable Interval timer!

hey I figured it out... theres slider that are hard to see. that is how you set-up the Timer.....

love it - use it for training athletes by Matt
I use it to train my young athletes. It gives them a visual and audio cue. Its also something new and exciting to them. My only complaint is that the interval timer (the feature you pay for) doesn't always work correctly. Sometimes it will go to the next set, other times it randomly stops.

Worst UI with No Functionality by Benjamin
Couldn't be more disappointed with spending 2.99 on this app. UI is horrible, can't figure out how to change interval / rest times. Very poorly done.
