Description

Currently windows phone does not supports Urdu keyboard due to which many Urdu speakers face difficulty while sending text messages, emails or updating status on Facebook or Twitter. The purpose of this simple application is to provide users a way to write in Urdu language on their windows phone. As windows phone does not allow 3rd party keyboards so we implemented our own Urdu keyboard within the app which is much similar to Windows phone native keyboard in appearance. This keyboard also have Urdu numeric and symbols like zer, zabar, pesh etc which can easily be used in text.

There is also an option to write Urdu using windows phone native keyboard.

Some important features are • Ability to change font size • SMS in Urdu with single touch • Email in Urdu with single touch • Share status in Urdu with single touch • Save Urdu documents for reuse

You can freely suggest any improvements in it by using feedback option within the app.

Awesome, wonderful, superb, amazing.... The best urdu typing app available in store with so much easy interface and support both english and urdu keyboard. Means u can type either directly from urdu keyboard or type phoenatically like inpage. Strongly recommended... 5 star app

بہت ہی زبردست ایپ ہے. اردو کی کئی اور بھی ایپس دیکھی ہیں مگر اردو رائٹر جیسا معیار کسی کا بھی نہیں.

Urdu writer for Windows phone. by Abdul Ghaffar
It is very good app, I found your help very useful. By selecting the statement and copy pasting I could use it for writing comments in facebook. At present Urdu keypad is useful for SMS also. To make it more user friendly urdu keypad should be added to keypads with keypads of other languages. A problem I am facing in Microsoft Lumia 532 is that 2G internet does not run properly. It always says We are having trouble getting data. However opera Mini helps me browsing the internet.

Old review: Nothing more could i have demanded for.. New review. The latest update has changed the layout of the keyboard and typing screen but switching between keyboards has become a headache now.. It was just double tap for urdu keyboard and a single tap for English and that was working superbly, this just ruined that. Otherwise a good app, but the keyboard switching issue brought your stars from 5 to 3..
