This is a fantastic app. It works just as well (better?) as the desktop version, but in a portable format. My grandparents are always calling to ask for help, and I can now remote in and help them out wherever I am. Absolutely top notch.

Great Product to help someone with their PC by Todd
My Parents always ask me questions about their PC I am able to hop on and check things out for them and save a lot of time. I can do file transfers from MY PC to theirs but not from theirs to Mine that would be nice for moving pictures once in a while and not waiting for One drive or something like that to Sync.
