Great app! Some things that would make it 5 star are an automatic screen lock preventer and a sound for when the timer reaches zero otherwise great app!

Great, gives you numbers but should be a little more personal. Maybe a counter as you do the exercise or works in different types of squats, lunges, one leg, etc
