Best app....just a suggestion...it would b nice if u can update it...make it hav push notifications so it could remind me to work out early every morning...

Highly recommend it. Excellent, simply interface, and challenging. Wonderful place to start for those looking to get into shape. Only problem is the huge number of adds. They really interfere with the application. I would be willing to pay to remove them from this otherwise excellent app.
