Still a little crash + some suggestions by Amir

Thanks for fixing the MIDI crash bug. It seems to be fixed now, but in some cases there are still crashes which I think are not related to MIDI input. For example when my PC went to screen saver, then went into lock-screen, after logging in again, the app crashed and closed. This auto-close bug also occurs when I minimize the app, after restoring it, the app closes itself. I also have some suggestions which I hope you take into consideration: 1. When I fail a level and the game is over, playing anywhere on the screen shows me the score page. I think it'd be much better that the app remembers the level caused me to fail and offers me to start off that level. 2. I think the speed should be more dynamic, when I play more notes at a faster rate, the notes incoming speed should increase and when I fail, it should slow down and by entering new correct notes, the app increases the speed. Returning to a very fast speed after a failure is very disturbing. SolfaRead on Android shows what I mean

    Nice but crashes by Sein

The program is nice and useful. But each time when I try to connect and play with my midi keyboard, it crashes. Very frustrating. Please fix.

Is a great app! One of the best I've downloaded, but sometimes while I'm playing a song it stops. Fix that bug and you will have for sure my 5 stars!
