I want my money back. This is not worth the money

Cannot split files or Merge or convert image to pdf get errors. I need a refund

How do I get my money back this don't convert to anything that xcel recognizes.

Completely worthless app, especially for the price. Converted XPS files can't be opened by XPS viewer. Page reordering is totally useless because you can't see the pages, and have to enter one by one, this is next to impossible and time consuming for any document with more than three pages.

This app does not convert PDFs into Powerpoint documents. I am extremely unhappy about this. I do not recommend this app if you are trying to convert PDFs into powerpoint. When converting PDFs into word documents, there is a compatibility error.

Using: Surface-Pro; Windows 8.1 Pros: 1) Merges PDF documents correctly in the order you upload Cons (very annoying): 1) After every job, it hangs.... need to restart 2) When opening files, can't select multiple PDF files to open 3) Moving pages do not work 4) Splitting pdfs is terribly bad..... only saves odd number pages If they fix these issues, then it is a great app!
