This app runs the videos always on top(in compact view) of any other app. You can also resize it to any view. It can also play youtube videos in background. Important: floating compact (always on top) view is only present to PC and tablet. This feature won't be available to Phone, xbox and hololens. Windows is planning to bring this feature to all devices soon.
