MyID Identity Agent

Description

MyID Mobile Identity Agent is an application that manages the provisioning of certificates to the Virtual SmartCard (VSC) stored in the TPM of a mobile device. The VSC can then be used within the Enterprise for S/MIME signed and encrypted email and 2-way SSL secure web browsing.

Please Note: This is NOT a standalone application and has no useful purpose without the server

Like any secure device and credential, VSCs need to be managed from issuance through to termination. MyID® from Intercede® provides VSC management capabilities linking to user data stores and effectively binds the person to the VSC. This chain of trust is essential to ensure that the user is who they claim to be and that the credential on the VSC can be trusted.
