Simply enter your daily weight and let My Weight Diary do all calculations. The Application contains two various views: First view allows you to navigate through the weight records by using predefined filters and add, delete or edit them. The second graph view lets you understand where you are and where is your ideal weight. If the line is going down, you are losing weight. Simple. This app will help you to determine your goal and will help you to reach there. Keep a log of your weight, and at each entry App will tell you if you are obese, overweight, normal weight, or underweight. What's new: - Ability to create backups and restore the data if necessary.

It tracks weight by Travis
There isn't much to say. It tracks weight, and provides trend data. That's it. The interface is simple. I just wish that a food diary, and activity tracker were all integrated into one app.
