When someone reports a problem with your equipment and facilities, you can't let the report fall through the cracks. Work request management lets you record the problem reports you receive and make sure they're being handled. For some organizations, work request management is all you need: simple information on the work you need to do.

The MainBoss App provides the ability for a single person to track email maintenance requests from up to 50 Requestors from receipt to completion.

When the need arises, you can add license modules to increase the number of people managing requests, provide additional Requestors beyond 50, and even migrate to a full work order based system that provides: managing work orders scheduling inspections and preventive maintenance controlling inventory, including optimized restocking and determining the location of spare parts supervising purchasing and receiving
