Description
Four-minute Tabata training is one of the most extreme and hardest trainings that you can do but it’s worth it. Tabata lasts four minutes and it is exceptionally intensive interval training. If it’s performed right it improves your aerobic and anaerobic viability, it accelerates your metabolism and stimulates fat burning. Thanks to that you will burn more calories than during traditional one-hour training. This method, which was originally invented for Japanese olympic representation, is often called a four-minute miracle. http://www.hardfox.com

Excellent app designed for the intense four minute workout. Interface is simple and it will get you going in no time. With an in app calendar you can keep track of when you worked out, helping you maintain a steady schedule. Keep in mind that the app doesn't provide with an exercise plan, only a template to keep track of time intervals between exercises. You'll have to device your own regiment. It's flexible in that way, but limited in others. It comes down to your own ingenuity. Also, there is only one soundtrack that can be played. It is possible to turn it off and only go through sound queues. What I'd like to see is a curated exercise plan and added soundtracks, even if its a paid download or Tabata+ update. But, what we have here is a good app. I can't really complain.

THIS. APP. WORKS! Day one didn't seem so bad...at first. I was sore for three days straight! Each coming day with the same amount of sore intensity. Highly recommended if you'd like to get fit...well anywhere! No equipment required but your body!
