I absolutely love this app!!! It is hard for me to meditate in complete silence, and this app lets me meditate daily easily, without sitting still in boring silence. It is truly an invaluable guide. Its taught me how to write my own guided mediations!

Just awful... by Chris
Don't waste your time or money. Obnoxious (read: NOT RELAXING) background music overlaid with spurious meditation "instructions." Various soundscapes, one of which is just a woman breathing heavily, another of a lovely background of loud birds and the sounds of someone hammering. Yes...that's what I want to hear when I'm trying to meditate or relax. Disappointing. Buy a CD or download something off the Internet...you'll do far better that way.
