Inaccurate directions. Aggressive driving prompts. Unable to read road shorthand properly ("Ave" for Avenue is read as "Avé". RD for road is read "R D" etc.) Ugly interface. Not good. Not sure why it's so highly rated. Maybe it's just bad in the USA.

No 3D navigation even for paid app. My Lumia phone becomes hot when using this.

Detailed voice directions don't work on the Lumia 635 with Windows Phone 8.1, only brief directions :-(

I paid $6.99 for this & it keeps asking me to pay again to use features. Should of stayed w free version.

Many good features, with one strange "fault". The English voice spells abbreviations, rather than saying the word it represents. In other words, the voice might read "N Main St" as "En-Main-estee". This takes some getting used to, and is especially difficult when driving in unfamiliar territory. I'd also like to see a couple of features added: it would help a lot if the posted speed for the road traveled could be displayed for comparison with the actual speed being traveled; the other is the ability to touch the map to trigger a favorite, or a new destination.
