Description
FN8 (Fit in 8) is an 8-minute exercise routine designed to increase and prolong an elevated metabolic rate. It's great for enhancing or augmenting other forms of exercise, especially when you're short on time or need a break at work. Little room is required, but you'll need a set of two handweights (8-15 lb/4-8 kg). You might be surprised how little weight it takes! Complete instructions are provided within the app. The FN8 workout consists of an 80-second warm-up plus seven exercises totaling eight minutes, two of which (the Squat Jack and the Row Jump) are repeated.

it's awesome but I wish that instead of going into the settings to check how to do the exercises you should be able to see an animation

Nice set of exercises that will hit your core in a short period of time. You can easily pace to your ability and fitness level.
