f.lux

This was a great utility that started its life as a win32 app, and what MS added as an option built into win10 now, but f.lux definitely provides way more options for you to tune it more to your liking. Nice to see it now in the store.

I am soooo excited to see this as a UWP! It feels much lighter on my systems startup but it also doesn't seem to be starting automatically. Every time I restart my computer I have to start this app manually, other than that it is the best!!!!

I haven't used f.lux in a while, especially since Windows 10 got Night Light. But now that this cleanly installs via the Windows Store, and with its more detailed options, it's a great alternative.

UPDATE (THE CAVEAT): f.lux does not work with Google Chrome on the Surface 4. It works perfectly with Chrome and all other apps on my Windows 10 desktop, and it works fine with every app *except* Chrome on my Surface 4, but on the Surface 4, its color change does not consistently apply to open Chrome windows. Other than this single issue, my initial 5-star rating still stands. (When this issue is fixed, I'll change my rating back to 5 stars). INITIAL REVIEW: I've used f.lux for the past 3 years, and it's great! I work late on my computer a lot, and it has made a huge difference in the quality of sleep I get each night. I'm thrilled that the latest version of f.lux has a number of new refinements that make an already great program even better.

I use this app for a while now, before it was headed to the store.. I find it way better than night light..

Love seeing advanced apps like this in the store :) Upgrading is so easy :) Thank you for doing this! Any way we could see this on Xbox (curious what this would work like with a regular tv)
