Screwed up workflows, poor usability. Dynamics team: it's EXPENSES, not rocket science. This has been done well by many other companies/applications - learn from them.

Pathetic user experience! by shyam
The app will NOT let me edit the "Category" of unreconciled expenses! So now I have to add my expenses manually anyways! Don't even get me started on the unintuitive UI! Total waste of time in using this app. It would have been easier writing a cover letter, adding the expenses as an Excel sheet and attaching receipts!

As if our expense tool wasn't frustrating enough, now we have an app that makes it twice as frustrating to use - enter msexpense 2.0 i suppose... the constructive feedback I have is that from start to finish the layout is too spread out and there are FAR too many steps and they are very counterintuitive. my goal is to get on the app, and with a few clicks get it all done. the touch interface may not be ideal for everyone. this is definitely harder to use unless i'm on a tablet - which i would use in emergency backup cases not primary filing.. anyway, i'm sure you will get a ton of feedback and make this better. for now, one star. this is impossible to use..
