Who is running CBS online division? This is a waste by UnfoldingManx0
As an IT engineer and tech support of the end user, This looks like it always does with an executive that knows nothing but how to play golf, have a status lunch, and take eveyone elses credit. While knowing nothing about the online world and access to content. But wait, I forgot they do know the fine art of scamming good non-technical people out of money with this 1 week free but give is full access to your bank acct/credit card. Then we sit back and hope you forget you are paying us for something that is free or at least comming later on other services. As well as good luck getting charges to stop. Disgusting how an executive's greed does this. Then theres the technical aspect, from other reviews looks like the technical aspect is cheap infrastructure supporting this as well. Shame because the production side is doing an awsome job with shows and news and Colbert(shout out to Stephen on a great show) . I say watch it on TV or DVR the shows you want.

Paying subscription and still having commercials is unacceptable

Worthless app by Hellswarden09
Unless you pay for a subscription you can't watch anything. They don't even have a log into tv proveder option.

such a crock by EZEtried2killme
I pay for cbs already through my cable subscription, but would like a way to watch the shows that you always bump or preempt. Why should I have to pay again because you suck at managing your time slots? Add a cable provider login, it's not worth paying twice.

should be called cbs all access by AgNOthree
You need a subscription to watch anything. You can't even watch last 5 episodes like on cbs website. I'd just go there but playback system on cbs website is too old to be supported by browser on Xbox one.
