با سلام و ممنون به خاطر برنامه خوبتون، در محاسبه وزن اشکالی وجود داره که دقت برنامه رو میاره پایین، وزن ایده آل بر اساس جنسیت مرد و زن با هم متفاوت هست که این مورد رو در برنامه درج نکردید.
