It is targeted for the machine that is being managed by Azure Resource Manager (ARM), and you need a Azure AD user (isn't Microsoft account) with the appropriate roles.

Finally a way to start/stop my ARM VMs by Tom
This let's me.start and stop my ARM VMs from my phone. I used a different app for my classic vms, but until this didn't have a way to do this for ARM VMs. I often will start up a VM in the parking lot before a customer visit. Everything is running by the time the meeting starts. The app is very easy to use and set up.

Clean, effective and fast by Scott
This works very well for the intended purpose but it would be nice to view a summary for each VM. I was not able to add accounts for multiple tenants (personal and work) but work is the only one I really needed.

Goes through the whole login process, but Account doesn't show up in the app
