Description
Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for anyone making interactive projects.
IMPORTANT: This app performs with core functionality on Windows 10 S but some limited plugins do not work. We are working with Microsoft on a fix.

Those with 4K displays, don't dispare, read on... by Scott
Go to File, then Preferences, then locate "Interface Scale" and uncheck "Automatic". Then adjust to whatever you prefer. For me 200% works great. Otherwise, this is pretty much the same great, simple IDE we are used too.

Windows store security locks down tweaking by Michael
The Windows Store app security blocks off the Arduino installation data. The Teensy and other installers no longer work. You can't manually add or modify libraries. You can't modify the board files for non standard boards or MCUs. This is maker software, yet you prevent makers from modifying settings! Tweaking is a core principle of the community. I'm a Windows developer for 20+ years, but this is silly. Don't try to push development software that is inherently complex and requires full security to tweak through a locked down, canned, consumer portal.

Just like the desktop app by Jack
It works just like the desktop app, but it can be automatically updated since it is in the Windows Store. This is helpful for people who do not update their programs often.

So easy to get and install by Paul
Thank you so much for using the store. It is so convenient. Wish more devs would do this!
