It's a good app. To see really good results just do a little cardio, and do these workouts, and you will see your abs forming, but you need to have a pretty low body fat percentage in order for these workouts to show great results.

Perfect app for everyday workout..Some exercises are very difficult, but if you have enough motivation you can do anything:) It's not about how hard you HIT, it's about how hard you can gey hit and keep moving foward
