Description
Get fitter in just 7 minutes! Its sounds a little too easy to be true but following a study into high-intensity circuit training its proven that it really can work.
This application aims to help guide you through one of these HICT workouts, using nothing but your own body weight, is an efficient and easy method to help you lose excess body fat, in about 7 minutes.
The program, developed by Chris Jordan (director of Exercise Physiology at the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, FL), can be done almost anywhere. All you need is some space, a wall and a stable chair.
Each exercise of 12 is performed for 30 seconds with a 10 second break between each. The full circuit should be performed 2 - 3 times for best results.

This app is a big help in my life, First it is free, and it helps me to lose weight and it is a really great app you work out on every exercise is 30 seconds and you will be done with all of the exercises in 7 minutes you should get the app then rate the app then use the app and then lose weight in about a week!! :) follow me on instagram shar_car_1234

This is timed and pauses for a short rest between each exercise. I recommend an alarm to remind you to do these exercises at optimal times for those that don't know and a health chart and diet chart.

Interesting Fines App! by Ken
Good start with the app. It gives me a good workout! I wish the exercise and rest times were user adjustable. However, I'm sure I'll be much fitter at the end of the month. I have a problem with the Microsoft Surface tablet going to sleep during the exercise which pauses everything. Might be nice to disable screen time out during the app's use. Also might be nice to actual, say the name of the exercise that is up next so that you wouldn't need to look at the screen all the time. Thanks!

Nothing more than a video-player wrapper by Woody
Nothing more than a video-player wrapper, without the ability to pause. You would think there would be more to the app, like animations on proper form, hybrid or alternate forms to challenge yourself more, etc. But nothing of the sort.

Could have been better, but works well enough by Leo
Not as good as apps found on Phone, but this works well enough. It comes with audio, though it doesn't read out what the next exercise would be. There's also no cue for side switch on the side plank exercise.
