Description
This is a simple app based off of an article released in the American College of Sports Medicine Health & Fitness Journal. There are 12 exercises performed for 30 seconds with a 10 second break in between.

Does its job. I had an app on Windows phone and I lost my phone. So, I am using this app on my laptop. Few things that could be better - 1. Add a 10 second delay before it starts the first exercise so that I am ready to start the exercise after hitting play 2. Voice could be better 3. Increase the size of the image that shows up next exercise 4. Voice prompt about the next exercise before the time begins

The only thing this app is missing is a shuffle function or some way to give it variation. Other than that I love it.
