Description
6 Week Training is an easy to follow to program to help you reach your goal in the following exercises:
Hundred Pushups Two Hundred Situps Two Hundred Squats Hundred Fifty Dips Twenty Pullups
After taking the initial test for each of the exercises the program will put you in the appropriate workout level and keep track of your workout.After week two, four and five there is an Exhaustion Test that will determine which level of the program is right for you in the following week.You can always monitor your progress by looking though the logs and charts available.Also Featuring Super Set Mode which allows you to do multiple exercises instead of having a break in between sets.

Great app. Helped me quit some addictions. Every time I felt like doing lines, I'd just do the Superset. Now I'm getting stronger, been clean for months. Now addicted to random workouts.

I really love this app. You test your current ability in push ups, sit ups, dips, and squats. Then the app sets up a routine for you to follow 5 days a week for 6 weeks. You can either workout exercise by exercise with breaks calculated in or program in the exercises you want to do for 6 weeks and complete in a rotational series. Really helps to keep you motivated - that is as long as you push the icon.

Excellent fitness app. Adapts to challenge all levels. The major bodyweight exercises are covered. Great use of WinPhone Modern UI.

Been using for a few weeks and really like it. It's great for a beginner like me and has kept me motivated better than literally anything else (including a gym membership). Started out pretty easy but by week 4 it really starts to hurt!
