Vpn One Click

Alright. After reading the reviews before installing, I was thinking "It cant be that bad". After installing and going through the long process of switching back and forth from the VPN preshared keys and such to the VPN setup where I was typing the info into. I found out that it only connects over DATA. Not Wifi. As a person who choose not to get data, this app is a waste of time. Get HotSpot shield VPN. This app is useless

Way too complicated must find a way to make this less complicated.i have been trying to set this up for three weeks,without much help from support.i thought I had it,then the system said I was connected,but it would not work.ridiculous!!!!!

I hate this app I installed it but now its hooked up but I can't take VPN off my phone fully and it keeps messing with my signal !! dont get this app it sucks !!!

Can't even support their own app. Customer service said would work with WiFi calling/texting on T-Mo USA... it doesn't. Said they'd give a refund then gave me the runaround and didn't. Said they'd give a refund if I showed them the receipt (they can't even read their own server???). No refund. Very disappointing and bad business. --------------------------- Got a response from customer service a day later saying they still need my receipt. OK, I resent it. as if, somehow, the $1.99 that hasn't even cleared my credit card with the same name. It's a $1.99 purchase, not $199 which won't break me, but simply put: Before ordering I asked customer service why the VPN (which worked as a basic VPN) wasn't passing through WiFi Calling and WiFi texting on T-Mo USA. The chat-help customer service told me it's because I had to pay for a subscription for it to work. That's not the case. Caveat emptor.
