Description

PublicStuff allows you to connect directly with your city to effectively and efficiently resolve issues in your community. Here's how it works: 1. See something that needs to be fixed? 2. Submit a service request and even attach a photo. 3. City staff receives the request and fixes the problem. 4. You get notified when the service request is completed. You can also monitor others requests, provide comments about those requests, receive urgent messages from your city and check out the latest community news and events. Download the app to get started today!

My city's information isn't there yet, however the possibilities of a connected city is a good thing.

July 2016 update: It works again seems to have problems with beta builds. With the current release build, it works okay. Not sure why it was acting up a while back. Oh they should add the option of adding the address manually when location service fails due to low data speeds.

Works fine for Arlington, VA. I like that you can open the camera directly from the app. Map/GPS is not as sharp in pinpointing exact location as my phone's GPS is capable of. County does receive the "requests" and fixes the potholes, etc. Remaining app is skin for county website links - still useful though. Live tile says "Bellevue" but I think it should say "Arlington". Makes me wonder about notification functionality (which I haven't yet used).
