Love Open Table! Keep adding restaurants. Some of my favorites participate but others aren't (yet). Quick testimony, I got home Friday evening and wanted to treat the wife to a nice evening but like a lot of typical guys didn't plan ahead. I quickly put Open Table to the task and found a table for two at one of our favorite local dining establishments (Ivar's) and was able to reserve a table for two a half hour out. Told the wife, "what about dinner for two at Ivar's in a half hour?" and she lit up like Christmas morning for a 6 year old! Got to the restaurant and the typical hour plus wait was in effect, but we were seated within two minutes. My wife and I had a great evening and best yet, I was a romantic hero! In dispensable tool in the modern, romantically challenged, superhero tool belt!

Learn to use it before writing negative review. The app does what its supposed to do. We've made over 100 reservations and have never had a problem. The restaurants have to sign up to be included, so if you can't find one on the app, ask them to join. This is our go-to app for dining.

I love opentable. It is hands down THE BEST reservation site/app that there is. If your town doesn't have enough restaurants, complain to the restaurant for not signing up. Its not the app. Where I live there are THOUSANDS of places to choose from. The only downside is that the search function is clunky. But I give it a pass bc its just an app, not the full site.

I would love if the menus and reviews are embedded in the app, but they work just not the best looking. Great app.
