Description

Touch friendly mortgage calculator is here. Simple, nice and clean interface helps you to determine your monthly mortgage payments easily. It works great on your touch device with sliders and a flip view. The calculator remembers where you left off and you can come back and continue your work later.

Cannot put in Payment Amount. by ken

Would like to be able to change payment amount and let the calculator figure out the interest and principal for each month. I like the fact you can export to a CVS file format, but need to enter a payment amount.

    Responsive Developer by Matt

I appreciate the update to fix the previous limitation. The only thing I would prefer is a way to input numbers without using a keyboard or using the slider. Thanks.

    Great app by Gildas

Very intuitive and useful app. Can use an additional field to add HOA to the calculation. Also, a toggle to submit annual tax as a # vs. % will be useful.

    Too restrictive by Unknown

Said tab function was fixed, but didn't work for me. Why limit this to years instead of months and only go up to 30? So many people now in foreclosure and getting loan modifications to 40 years or a period of months that don't equal a full year. Not very functional.
