Mobilní banka with a new design is a direct banking service offered by Komerční banka, which, in an easy and user-friendly way (just like you are used to with other Windows applications), allows you to: • Execute payments and get information on your transaction history and pending transactions - Payment to any account from a selected phone - Fast payment order entry to selected counterparty - Display of transaction history including today’s activity - Display pending transactions (card payments, atm cash withdrawals) - Mobile phone top-up - Repeat payments – from your payment history or from the list of orders - Photographing and sending of a QR payment - Update account balances

• Display information on your other accounts - Savings accounts, term accounts, credit cards, consumer loans and mortgages - IKS – portfolio overview

• Display information regarding your relationship manager and home branch - Name and contact information of your relationship manager, including the branch address

• Arrange travel insurance from Komerční pojišťovna - Fast arrangement and payment of premium - The personal data of insured persons are saved for future contracts

• Creation of your own QR payment - Fast creation of your own QR code with the option of sharing via e-mail or social networks

• Request your own payment card design - Take a photo or upload an image from the gallery - Modify the image and send the application

• New features - We created the new Mobilní banka together with you, our clients. And tailored it directly to Windows. The new app will require Windows Mobile 10 and Windows 10. - The app will now work on mobiles and tablets. This means you will always have access to Mobilní banka when you need it – at home, at work, or on the road. You can now register up to 4 paired devices, which will also allow you to make payments to all accounts. - Display of retirement savings from KBPS, Komerční pojišťovna insurance and MPSS building savings - DEMO account on the application login page - Display of direct debit in application - Display of property insurance products including assistance cards - Option of sending loss event involving property insurance using a simple assistant in Mobilni banka

Procedure for setting the Mobilni banka service 1) Log into MojeBanka online banking on your computer 2) Under the Advanced Settings (key icon) select Mobilni banka / Settings 3) In the setup assistant, you can set - Password - Managed accounts - Payment type 4) Complete the setup assistant and send the request 5) If you have indicated that you want to pay without restriction in the Czech Republic, sign in within 20 minutes from the sending of the request to the Mobilni banka application
