Description

Learn and practice essential mathematics. Earn badges and increase rankings. Collaborate with others online or offline.

Microsoft Math makes the learning experience personal, engaging and exciting. Students can practice math exercises, learn concepts, view examples, take quizzes and tests, and collaborate with other learners--whether online or offline.

By setting up a basic profile, Microsoft Math offers a social experience while learning. Studying independently or collaborating in groups, students are motivated to complete assignments to earn badges, leveled skill advancement and rise in group rankings.

Teachers can use Microsoft Math to motivate, monitor, and track learning and skill levels, allowing more specific and individualized feedback to students.

Microsoft Math is a great tool for enriching the learning experience, even engaging students after school hours and outside of classrooms.

Really really love it. BTW, will there be Microsoft physics or Microsoft chemistry?

More about practice than learning by Doug

If you have already learned the material, then this might be a good way to practice it. Unfortunately, any teaching information is poorly presented, highly disorganized, and too often flat out wrong in the examples given. Also experienced multiple crashes in the first 10 minutes of attempting to use it. This needs lots of work to be useful, but I do hope it improves.
