Description

Make your own flash cards and take the pressure out of test preparation. Flashcard Hero keeps track of what facts you already know so you save time and focus on what you don’t know.

We made Flashcard Hero for those of you who want to fit more than a few words on each card. You can add images, lists, and use text formatting to structure your content. Cards even expand as you add more text so you can take notes during class and turn them into study cards later.

Share and collaborate: The file format is compatible with the Flashcard Hero Mac and iOS apps so you can open and edit decks made by others.

Stay organized: you can group your cards into topics and sub topics.

* What’s next?

This is just the beginning. You can expect regular updates that will bring in more and more features of the Mac and iOS counterparts. If you have a specific wish, just get in touch!

    Fantastic App! by Cindy

    This app addresses all my needs and 97% of my blingy wants. The app was developed for MAC, but its Windows version has travelled a steady path towards offering the full functionality of the MAC version. As to emailing decks, the developer added basic iCloud Drive support for Windows 10. I sync my MAC and iPhone but email between my MAC and my Windows tablet (LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that I can work cross-platforms!!!) because it is just so easy to do & gives me an additional backup. I used the Chegg flashcard app before this. I'd created 100's of flashcards before reading on Chegg forums that some users lost all their cards during version updates. I switched to Flashcard Hero and haven't looked back. The developer utilizes beta testers to quality test a new version before release. Plus, I can store my cards in multiple ways (iCloud, local/external drives, email server via emailing deck to self) so that I have reassurance that I am not going to lose 1000's of cards with an update.

    Why does mac have more features? by Miranda

    I really like this app. Would be a 5 start but....you cant print, you cant transfer to your iphone app, and it is hard to share. Wish there was an option to download the cards into an excel sheet so then I can at least print them out that way. Wish there were more font features such as may color or size alteration. Simple enough for basic flashcards. I also don't like that if you put a picture in the top and write an answer in the bottom, it types up the answer on the side panel. Kind of hard to study without looking to the left and see the answer!

    A solid, basic product with a few misses by Paul

    Support pasting in images. Love that. Missing Features / Flaws: 1. Missing export feature so your getting locked into the product. 2. 'Study' shows you the card on the left-hand pane. (I have to hide the column by dragging part of the window off-screen.
