Elmo Loves ABCs

I paid for the full version of the app and my daughter loves it, but every time I open it, the app "forgets" that I purchased the full version and say's it's a trial again, with only the letters "A", "B", and "C" unlocked. I have to go through the process of purchasing the app again, at which point there's an error message saying I already own it and the rest of the letters unlock. So, not a total dealbreaker, but pretty annoying.

First Off I loved this App. But one of my reasons for getting it is no longer there once I purchased it. Its the part where you can draw on the screen and pick out colors. Also the part where you have to move the balloons to discover what's under it. So what happen? I purchased it and these two features disappeared! Can someone help. I feel ripped off cause this is not what I thought I was getting.

Elmo is too cute! But Cookie Monster is the best! Great activities and videos to teach kids to trace and recognize the alphabet!

Really well done app that will help young ones learn their ABCs and writing them through a touch interface.
