Description
Cuphead is a classic run and gun action game heavily focused on boss battles. Inspired by cartoons of the 1930s, the visuals and audio are painstakingly created with the same techniques of the era, i.e. traditional hand drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds, and original jazz recordings.
Play as Cuphead or Mugman (in single player or local co-op) as you traverse strange worlds, acquire new weapons, learn powerful super moves, and discover hidden secrets while you try to pay your debt back to the devil!

Welcome to Heckity Heck. by Nigel NKB
Cuphead is by far one of the best platformers i've played in years. Everything about the game stands out, from The Gorgeous 1930's Cartoon art style to The Insanely hard bosses and Run & Gun levels. The Bosses are so unpredictable and unforgiving, yet sooo satisfying to defeat. Just a warning to anyone thinking of buying Cuphead, do not let it's kid-friendly look fool you........keep in mind that this is not your average platformer. It's more of a boss rush/bullet hell type of game and is not for the faint of heart. If you're not prepared to rage out, don't even bother buying it. UPDATE: After beating the game, I can tell you right now that it's actually pretty easy once you learn the bosses patterns and figure out which weapons and skills work the best. All it takes is patience and quick reactions. If you can't handle that and still think that this game so unfair & impossible to beat......go play the original Battletoads for the SNES, then you'll know the true meaning of UNFAIR.

Its a unique game by No
The game is hard, but rewarding. Every time you beat a boss you feel satisfied. You feel like all that hard work is worth it. Yes the game is hard and you might suck at it but, its not IMPOSSIBLE. The animation style is beautiful and I love the 30s jazz influenced soundtrack. You should buy the game if you're looking for a challenge.

Beautiful and Challenging by Qwayzie
I find it funny the majority that giving it bad reviews are stating that the game is to hard. You must of not been gaming when sega and snes was around. Nowadays people don't want a challenge. Anyway if you looking for a challenge this is it.

Challenging, But Fair by BiGMoNKeY62
This game is drawn as a 1920's/30's cartoon, which is what drew most people to it. Underneath the visuals is one of the hardest games ever. The bosses are some of the hardest out there, and they require near perfect concentration to beat. There are multiple enemies and projectiles on screen, and you have to pay attention to ALL OF THEM, including your character. Every boss has a moveset, and you MUST learn it, otherwise you will be in for a rough time. They also have multiple phases, each with their own moveset. This game is around 7-8 hours long and it will keep you busy. In other words, BUY IT! EDIT: I just found out there is an Expert mode (it's just beating all the bosses all over again but they're MUCH faster) and it is extremely difficult. EDIT AGAIN: I unlocked all the achievements, which is something I'm not doing again. Anyways, buy this game because it's amazing :D! EDIT ONCE MORE: VOTE THIS GAME GOTY! IT DESERVES IT! That's the last and final edit. Goodbye.
