The App is free, it's contents are not by Chelsea
Sure, the App itself is free, but once you download and open it you're presented with a "kindle"-like shelf of magazines that you can buy for $4+ dollars a piece. And that's it. There's nothing else in the app. You either buy the magazines or twiddle your thumbs.

Free to download by Donald
At least the other apps tell you up front that you have to pay. No free content, just a magazine that you can buy each month for about $5. Seems a bit misleading.
