Seems like altitude is correct but the image in the background is way off. 5,000 feet and I'm under water with fish and a submarine?

Unclear whether altitude is 'calculated' or just comes from a database. Does it work in skyscrapers and planes? They just don't say. And they overhype the fact that there is a background graphic, like that's any big deal.
