It does compress, but... by George
Used this app to compress an image with text and images. It did compress the image, but there was definitely pixel loss which made my image blurry and the text unreadable.

Useless by Rob
This app cannot receive a picture from Powerpoint, you cannot tell it what to resize to, and it does not copy the photo to the clipboard.
