War of Dragon Ring

The support for this game truly sucks!!! and as soon as you let them know about something wrong and not getting what you paid for and try to get them to make things right. They block you from messaging them on their FB fan page. They charged me twice for something I never got in the game. And refused to make it right. I had to call Microsoft to get $30.00 back that the game robbed me of. Microsoft needs to ban this game from their store!!! There is no support for this game whatsoever!!! And now they updated the game and it is severely off balance. People playing this game are very angry and making it known in the world and cross server chats!!! When you try to let the people who made the game know how people feel about it!! They delete your comments even though they are good and block you from messaging them for support and commenting on anything they post!!! This used to be a great game!!! But not anymore, it truly sucks!!! No support and the fan page is ridiculous!!!

I really like the game but it crashes so often. I have had it crash at least 30 times and each time you crash you lose some of the stamina you used to attempt the fight. It would be 5 stars and I might even put money into the game if that gets fixed.

poor customer support. the game doesn't deliver as promised when you start paying for services. the developers blame you for the errors in the game as opposed to fixing it. better stay free and clear. submitted a formal complaint to Microsoft. 1/22/2018 - they updated the game, now you need to buy to advance. GAME SUCKS !!!!

Amazing graphics and very fun to play although it closes out on me a lot otherwise it's an awesome game
