This is the BEST addictive game ever by Sherry
I finally figured out how to play it, only now I can't stop! Arrrrrr Only wish it would have a 'first person' view, like you would be on the ship. ** Alright already, with all the up-grades, you people at H.N.G.'s are just making it harder to stop playing!

Free and fun by Unknown
Great graphics and a lot of free to play content. Launch town sieges, build a personal port of call, battle enemy ships one on one or full fleet engagements. Ship upgrades and captain's skills can be purchased with in game currency (gold) earnable via trade goods sales, passenger transport, salvage missions, gambling or boarding and capturing other ships. Paid content is available but not essential and add banners only appear on the title screen not in game. Overall a good balance.

Fun, but no end game by Marcus
Lots of fun looting and pillaging, and following a series of missions given to you, but once the missions run out, there is nothing left to do, you can take enemy towns, but after a period of time they automatically retake the town.
