I picked this game as my freebie when i upgraded to the 1S since my options werent the best. This is one of those games that are amazing but dont get the credit and popularity it deserves. Lots of exploring, great for my taste but not for everyone. The story is good but to really get it all you need to find all the hidden objects. Im a big rpg fan and this game hit a lot of things right on the button, dont listen to the poor reviews. The overall smoothness and challenge of battles is great. The little notions and gestures the robot pals do is a great touch that delighted me. Cant wait for a sequel.

I expected this to be ok, maybe a bit too grindy, but it was actually very solid. Great even. Controls respond well and the camera rarely was an issue. Surprisingly colorful for taking place on a desert planet. The explore-and-collect aspect is the meat of the game like Banjo Kazooie. The combat is fast paced and simple while rewarding but not requiring high skill. Besides long load times, great all around. Like REALLY long loads, enough to lose a full star... but still great enough to earn the other 4.

Yes speaking from graphical point, it doesn't look all that flashy. But nonetheless, this is a good game. A lot like the previous platformer games with fun combat and dungeon crawler style exploration mixed into it. You might be exhausted if you do a lot of backtracking so this requires you to think first about what items to get before going to the next level. 5hrs in and am enjoying it, quite a roller coaster. Yes they also fixed all the previous bugs and issues in the game back when it was released.
