Princess Isabella: A Witch's Curse (Full)

I liked this game. I did experience one bug that caused me to have to start a new profile. the scene where you collect flies needs to be done slower. strangely you collect 10 when only 3 are needed. I clicked to quickly and was shut out of the scene with only 2 flies. another reviewer talked about difficulty rotating mirror pieces. I found that a triple click causes the pieces to rotate 90 degrees clockwise.

Microsoft took my money, but the game will not download. I get error 0x80D0000A. I have downloaded maybe 30 games from here and first time this happens. I want a refund or help on getting it downloaded.

game is very slow, will not play some mini games. I have spent $20 in this Microsoft store ad am not very pleased with my purchases. 3 or 4 out of 6 games are bad. will not play or play very slow. I would like to speak to someone from Microsoft to see if we can straighten this out.

I started to play this game and remembered that I had played it several years ago. This time the game isn't functioning properly and the "pieces" of the portraits will not turn so they can be fitted in the frames. It's also very slow navigating around the various rooms.
