I understand this app to basically consist of two things: a timer indicated by bell at start and finish, and a background image. I suppose it could help with accountability for practicing mindfulness consistently and challenging oneself to meditate longer intervals. The app was pretty simple for $.99. Some brief instruction is available once you rate the app. I wish the bell would ding once you hit "START," but instead it dings when you hit "TIMER" which is the step prior to beginning your meditation.

It's a timer by Karri
There is one drop down menu to select the time length. It counts down. At times end, there was one bell. There's a pretty background to focus on of some greenery, water, and pile of Zen rocks. There's instructions you can read.

As far as I can see. It's just a timer. Not really worth any money. Disappointed I had to pay for it.

The instructions included were very helpful, I'm glad downloaded this. I would like the option to change tones or something like that though.
